Villa Pakuk is out take on the fusion of Balinese and semi-warehouse style. Modern lines softened by the use of natural materials, green-walls, traditional Bali-red brick and mature palms and gardens. Like all our villas, Pakuk is being built to western standard throughout - from foundations to finishes and electrics and plumbing. Designed to suit both the long term resident and the rental market - it features cross breezes, closed and open living area, maids quarters, storage and high speed wifi throughout.

Staff
We will have staff 7 days. 9am-4pm Monday to Saturday. 1 staff shared between 2 villas on Sunday.
Our staff's main role it so clean the villa from top to bottom. Changing sheets and towels when needed and making sure the place shines! When the cleaning is done they can also do some shopping, prepare delicious but simple western and Indonesian food and take clothes to the laundry or do it in house.
Mrs Ketut (Ibu Ketut) speaks pretty good english and knows what is up in the house and the area and can sort out any problems you might have. She is also pretty good on the espresso machine!
The Area
Villa Pakuk is 500 meters from Echo Beach, 300 meters from Deus, walking distance to Shady Shack and Crate and a heap of great food places and right in the center of the hippest area of Bali - Canggu. The area has always had world class surf, but now we are getting world class spas and dining to make things a little more... comfortable!
The villa is on it's own private cul-de-sac - behind a traditional family house complex and surrounded by a private villa on 2 sides and a rice paddy and farms on the other. From the bedrooms you can see the ocean in teh distance... but you also see temple roofs, farmland, some jungle and so many things to distract your eye.
The villa is very quiet - with the exception of the roosters from my local neighbours - they start early and keep going. Some guests find it charming and love it, others make use of the complimentary ear plugs.
Your Stay
Villa Pakuk is my own house for when I am in Bali. We have set it up with love and dedication. We wanted to create a comfortable oasis. As much as we love Bali and the traditional architecture and design, we feel that we wanted to move ahead and provide modern luxury that reflects the needs and desires of the contemporary family.
This is not the traditional sprawling estate - it is more reflective of a modern city luxury home. Think tropical New York or Sydney.
Mrs Ketut will be in charge of the house when you are here. She is amazingly competent loves to work and just gets what guests need. She will help you out with any day to day needs for organisation or shopping or pointers in the area.
We will also provide a list of our favourite suppliers - from motorbikes to drivers to restaurants and surf guides.
