The house site is positioned to take advantage of the golden strip of sand running between headland and lagoon.
The house plans take advantage of the view, while respecting the climate with it's extreme winds and heat and cold.

The lagoon is a saline semi-tidal stretch of water that runs for apron 2km inside the property.
It is visually stunning and full of wildlife and fish. Drainage is always an issue as is respecting any legal environmental issues that come with riparian corridors.
You can see Renfrew Park House in the distance. Also a part of this project.
Figs are hallmark of the area. Providing shade for cattle and a stunning picnic spot for visitors.
This is a popular body board spot for locals and a nice area to explore when doing the Kiama to Gerringong walk. It is also the subject of the view from the proposed house site.
